The Leadership & Business Development for Youths in Lagos State program celebrated it’s third year with a commemorative event on June 30th at the IBM Innovation Center. CitiBank sponsored a program designed to train and create employment opportunities for youths in Lagos State. For the last three years, the Growing Business Foundation has led this program, training young men and women from all over the city.

June 2, 2018 was a great day at MAL Hub, a beautiful day to always remember in the history of Kwaran students, another day developers from various campuses united to learn about Problem Solving skills of Great Software Developers Using Github.
The event was a great success, with over 81 developers from different institutions across Kwara State in attendance. It was indeed a great privilege for many developers as they acquire knowledge that can help them improve their skills as a world class developer. It featured four amazing speakers.

The 21st of April, 2018 was another great day at Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State. Codefest Nigeria is where ideas meet technology to create unique products for enterprises. The flagship program of Codefest Nigeria is the Codefest 2018 Annual Hackathon. Their software coding and application contest takes place between higher institutions and NYSC members. These teams came together to use technology to transform ideas into reality. This hackathon was made possible by the Codefest Nigeria team, partners, sponsors, and Angels. Notably, the CEO of Basscomm Group, Mr Demola Onanuga, keyed into the vision and pushed it further.
