500 startups in Lagos: Who got in?
500 Startups is a leading Silicon Valley-based, international-focused, early-stage venture fund and seed accelerator founded by Dave McClure and Christine Tsai. Two of our favorites joined their 2017 cohort:
TalentBase, an Africa-focused payroll company saving founders’ lives across the continent.
Printivo! An on-demand print production startup in Nigeria. The founder, Oluyomi Ojo, was a keynote speaker alongside Monique Woodard (Partner, 500 Startups) at the High Growth Summit 2016 we hosted last year.
Who is Kudi.ai? A look into the cool new tech company
Introducing Kudi.ai , the really smart bot that helps you send money over chat. Don’t turn up your nose yet, we know Nigerians aren’t too keen on trusting their money digitally, but this product is special. Think Venmo meets Siri.
Kudi AI, helps Nigerians to pay bills or make purchases simply by chatting with the bot. You would have these conversation with Kudi the same way you would chat with anyone on your WhatsApp, BBM, or Facebook Messenger.
